We use service providers who process data for us under their own terms and security practices:
We don't sell your personal information. We don't share it for cross-context behavioural advertising unless you accept the advertising cookie. We may disclose information if required by law.
The site works without advertising cookies. We'd like to use the Meta pixel to measure our ads, and it stays off unless you choose Accept on our cookie banner. If you accept, Meta and other third parties may collect information about your online activity over time and across different websites. You can change your choice at any time with the Cookie settings link at the bottom of the page.
If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track signal, we treat it as Decline and don't load the pixel.
The site also stores your cookie choice and which campaign link you arrived from in your own browser. These stay on your device.
Every email we send includes our postal address and a one-click unsubscribe link. We process unsubscribe requests promptly, and always within 10 business days.
We keep your email and dog profile until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them. After our sizing research is complete, we keep measurements only in a form that doesn't identify you. Technical logs are kept by our hosting provider for a short period.
This site isn't directed to children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has given us information, email us and we'll delete it.
We use reputable providers and limit access to the data to the people who need it. We're based in Israel, and our providers may store data in the United States and other countries.
If we change this notice, we'll post the new version here with a new effective date. If the change is significant, we'll also email the people on our list before it takes effect.
